Cancellation Policy

Kashmir Car Rentals

1. Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the pickup time may be eligible for a partial or full refund (subject to administrative charges).

• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of pickup may be subject to cancellation charges.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may not be eligible for a refund.

2. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not appear at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a “No Show,” and no refund may be issued.

3. Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to:

• Vehicle unavailability

• Safety concerns

• Force majeure (weather, government restrictions, etc.)

In such cases, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
