Booking & Reservations

How do I book a vehicle?
You can book a vehicle through our website by selecting your pickup location, dates, and browsing our fleet. Choose your preferred vehicle and complete the booking form. You can also call us at +91-8491975106 for instant booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-7 days in advance, especially during peak tourist season (April-October). However, we also accept last-minute bookings subject to availability.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup. For modifications, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Yes, we accept last-minute bookings subject to vehicle availability. Please call us directly for urgent bookings to check real-time availability.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfers, and cash payments. Online bookings require advance payment via QR code scanning or bank transfer.
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes the vehicle, professional driver, driver allowance, and comprehensive insurance. Additional charges include fuel, toll, parking, and GST.
How are daily rates calculated?
Our daily rates are calculated per calendar day, NOT per 24 hours. For example: If you pickup on Day 1 at 5 PM and return on Day 2 at 10 AM, you will be charged for 2 calendar days. This is standard practice in the car rental industry.
Are there any hidden charges?
No, we believe in transparent pricing. All applicable charges are clearly mentioned during booking. The only additional costs are fuel, toll, and parking which vary based on your usage.
Do you charge for driver accommodation?
For multi-day trips, driver accommodation and meals are included in the package. For single-day trips, driver allowance is included in the rental price.

What types of vehicles do you offer?
We offer a wide range of vehicles including Sedans (4-seater), SUVs (7-seater), Tempo Travellers (13-17 seater), Luxury Vans, and Buses (up to 52 seats). All vehicles are well-maintained and air-conditioned.
Are all vehicles air-conditioned?
Yes, all our vehicles come with air conditioning as standard. We ensure your comfort during Kashmir's varying weather conditions.
How old are your vehicles?
We maintain a modern fleet with most vehicles being less than 3 years old. All vehicles undergo regular maintenance and safety checks.
Can I request a specific vehicle model?
Yes, you can request a specific model during booking. We'll do our best to provide your preferred vehicle, subject to availability. If unavailable, we'll offer a similar or better alternative.

Drivers & Safety

Are your drivers experienced?
Yes, all our drivers are experienced professionals with extensive knowledge of Kashmir, Jammu, and Ladakh routes. They are trained in safe driving practices and customer service.
Do drivers speak English?
Most of our drivers can communicate in English along with Hindi and Urdu. For specific language requirements, please inform us during booking.
Are vehicles insured?
Yes, all our vehicles come with comprehensive insurance coverage for your safety and peace of mind.
What if the vehicle breaks down?
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of any breakdown, we'll either fix the issue immediately or provide a replacement vehicle at no extra cost.

Which areas do you cover?
We cover all major destinations in Kashmir (Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg), Jammu (Jammu City, Katra, Patnitop), and Ladakh (Leh, Kargil, Nubra Valley).
Can I travel to Ladakh?
Yes, we provide vehicles for Ladakh trips. Due to high altitude and challenging terrain, we recommend SUVs or larger vehicles. Special permits are required which we can help arrange.
Do you provide airport pickup?
Yes, we provide airport pickup and drop services from Srinagar, Jammu, and Leh airports. Please provide your flight details during booking for timely pickup.
Can I change my itinerary during the trip?
Yes, you can modify your itinerary during the trip. Additional charges may apply based on extra distance or days. Please coordinate with your driver and our support team.

Requirements & Documents

What documents do I need to provide?
For booking, we need a valid ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, or Driver's License) and contact details. Original documents should be shown at the time of pickup.
Do I need a permit for certain areas?
Yes, permits are required for some areas in Ladakh and border regions. We can help arrange these permits. Please inform us at least 5 days in advance.
Can foreigners rent vehicles?
Yes, foreign tourists can rent our vehicles. Please provide passport and visa details. Additional permits may be required for restricted areas.
