By booking a vehicle with Kashmir Car Rentals (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
The renter must be at least 21 years old (or as per local legal requirement).
A valid government-issued driving license must be provided at the time of rental.
The license must be valid for the vehicle category being rented.
The renter must provide valid identification and contact details.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
The balance amount (if applicable) must be paid before or at the time of vehicle delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of incorrect information or non-payment.
A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle handover.
The deposit will be returned after vehicle inspection, subject to no damage, fines, or violations.
The renter agrees:
To use the vehicle only for lawful purposes.
Not to sub-rent or allow unauthorized drivers.
Not to use the vehicle for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities.
To comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
Any traffic challans, fines, or penalties during the rental period will be the renter’s responsibility.
The vehicle must be returned with the agreed fuel level.
Additional fuel charges may apply if the fuel level is lower at return.
The renter must inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery.
Any existing damage must be reported immediately.
The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
Rental extensions must be approved in advance.
Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily charges.
Kashmir Car Rentals shall not be responsible for:
Loss or damage to personal belongings.
Delays due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any indirect or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement without refund if terms are violated.
